At 7TY ONE, our story begins long before Miami.
Chef Abraham built his reputation in Venezuela as the founder of Citrus Burger, a widely recognized concept known for its bold and innovative approach to burgers. That legacy became the foundation of what we are today.
When we created 7TY ONE, we brought those roots with us — making burgers not just part of the menu, but part of our identity.
Here, burgers are elevated:
we work with an exclusive Wagyu beef blend, craft our own house-made potato bread, and focus on every detail to deliver an experience that goes beyond expectations.
